Package 2:
mental fitness Boost

Are you looking to find out if coaching is for you?

If you are looking to strengthen your mental fitness and well-being, this coaching programme helps you gain clarity, refocus, and help you create a Mental Fitness Action Plan. You will benefit from 6 sessions lasting up to 60 minutes over three months. 

Session 1 introduces the nine mental fitness areas; we complete the Mental Fitness Kitbag rating tool and identify an area of priority that you would like to develop. Following this, we can focus on desired outcomes, clarify your goals, and create accountability.

During sessions 2, 3, and 4, we can dive deeper, tackle the obstacles that hold you back, identify simple coping strategies to support you, and add tools and techniques to your kit bag.

Once you understand your capacity for Mental Fitness, sessions five will help you to consolidate learning and put your plan into action, creating your own Mental Fitness Pocket Guide as a daily reminder.

Coaching Sessions 6 is where we create a Mental Fitness Individual Action Plan so that you can continue to consolidate wellbeing strategies in your life and move forward independently with your own Mental Fitness Kitbag solution.
