THE PROCESS:
The i3 Workforce Development Programme is delivered in three modules, which can be taken individually or as a complete package over a 6-month period.
Module 1: Working With You (Leadership Focus)
CEO i3 Profile Debrief Session
This session provides an in-depth analysis of your i3 profile, highlighting personal strengths, challenges, and areas for development. Through this, CEOs or Managing Directors can build greater self-awareness and identify optimal partnering opportunities.Deliverables & Fees: 90-minute i3 debrief session, typically £150 (offered at No Charge for the first session).
Workforce Mapping / DNA Session
This session creates an overview of your workforce by sharing profiles of your team members. It highlights individual and collective strengths and uncovers any gaps, enabling you to make strategic decisions about team development and succession planning.Deliverables & Fees: 120-minute debrief with accompanying report, £350 for the traction team or £550 for the full team.
Module 2: Working With You and Your Team
Team i3 Profile Debrief Sessions
These debrief sessions are delivered individually to team members or as part of leadership development. They help build personal awareness by showcasing strengths, identifying partnering opportunities, and understanding productive work environments.Deliverables & Fees: 90-minute i3 debrief session per team member, £150 per person.
i3 Team Dynamics Workshop
A half-day workshop designed to enhance social awareness. This session uses the i3 profiles to explore how your team works together, addressing communication preferences, decision-making styles, and change management capabilities. The workshop promotes trust, understanding, and stronger collaboration.Deliverables & Fees: 3-4 hour team workshop, £400 for 5-10 participants.
Module 3: Working With Your Team (Creating a sustainable workforce)
1:1 Coaching for Individual Staff Members
After completing their i3 profile and feedback session, team members receive 6 monthly coaching sessions to help them strengthen their mental health, personal resourcefulness, and professional effectiveness. This deeper dive ensures long-term development aligned with the individual’s goals and the team’s needs.Deliverables & Fees: 60-minute coaching sessions, £120 per session, reduced to £95 for groups over 10 participants.
Team Workshops (Group Learning)
Interactive workshops that help your team develop the skills needed to improve mental fitness, build resilience, and enhance leadership. These workshops can be delivered as standalone events or as part of a series to address specific challenges your team is facing.Workshop Suite Includes:
Mental Health Fitness Development: Build a personal Mental Fitness Action Plan, develop resilience, and nurture habits that support ongoing wellbeing.
Skills for Effective Teams: Quarterly workshops that focus on cultivating a growth mindset, emotional intelligence, and workplace wellbeing.
