An introduction to The Mental Fitness Kitbag solution as a catalyst for change. This system helps people overcome roadblocks, build resilience and boost their potential for success.

This interactive workshop showcases the use of metaphorical props to help visually demonstrate tools and techniques which can be applied to strengthen mental health & well-being.

The Mental Fitness Kitbag™ training system presented as a workshop can be delivered as a ‘one off’ event or as a workshop series to address specific challenges faced by individuals or teams.

We look at the 9 key areas of The Mental Fitness Kitbag model to discover coping strategies currently utilised by participants and equip them with tools to build their own robust Mental Fitness Kitbag.

This workshop can be offered as a stand-alone experience or as part of a workshop package. This workshop will assist participants to:

  • Build awareness of what well-being means to you through experiencing a mental fitness check-in.

  • Uncover roadblocks to building your mental fitness

  • Gain clarity on the tools to pack in your Mental Fitness Kitbag, personal solutions to the challenges of being human

Half-day or full-day workshop:

This takes the form of an interactive masterclass with thought-provoking content, takeaway tools and with individual and group exercises. This creates an opportunity for discussion and will enable participants to create a clear development objective.

Half day lasting 2-3 hours - £400

£750 for a full day

Costs include preparation time, provision of all materials and travel
(if you are within a 25-mile radius of central Northumberland or Newcastle).
