Delivering interactive workshops that support your team to develop awareness and skills that which can be applied to improve their potential for mental health and wellbeing, develop work well skills and positively impact their motivation, confidence and performance building strong foundations for a culture of wellbeing.
The Mental Fitness Workshop menu:
Workshops can be delivered as a stand-alone experience and a bespoke workshop series can be created from a suite of to address specific areas of growth for your team(s) including:
Mental Health - Develop awareness around your mental health including; taking your mental health MOT, building your mental fitness kitbag, developing a personal Mental Fitness action plan
Mental Fitness development - Develop habits and activities that strengthen mental health including; cultivating a growth mindset, nurturing wellbeing strategies, building resilience, setting up for success, Building a support squad.
Skills For Effective Teams - Including emotional Intelligence, psychological safety, effective communication, managing change, team dynamics
Workshop sessions can take be delivered on a monthly basis (4 times per annum is recommended as a minimum standard). These sessions are delivered over zoom or in person depending on geography and preference and a bespoke package delivering specific workshop topics will be designed suit your requirements.
