Substantial change can take longer than a single session to achieve, 6 sessions are optimum to help people to sustain changes.
The package below offers 6 sessions lasting up to 60 minutes, over a 3 month period. You will gain an understanding of the 9 areas of mental fitness to prioritise the areas you need to focus, so I can equip you with the tools to strengthen your wellbeing.
