Over the six week course, you’ll embark on a journey to master your mindset, boost your confidence, and uncover the depths of your resilience. Here’s a breakdown of what each session will cover:

  • We’ll kick off by introducing ourselves and setting the stage for our journey together. This session will focus on building a supportive group dynamic, establishing trust, and creating a safe space for everyone to explore and grow. We’ll also discuss the goals and expectations for the course, ensuring everyone is on the same page and ready to dive in.

  • This session will delve into the thoughts, feelings, and actions that contribute to confidence in performance. We’ll explore practical strategies to identify and capitalize on your strengths, helping you to approach every audition and performance with a strong, self-assured mindset.

  • Performance can be stressful, but this session will arm you with the tools to cope effectively. We’ll cover techniques for working well under pressure, winding down after intense work, switching off, and finding calm. We’ll also explore strategies for effective communication and the art of letting go—whether it’s letting go of a character, a project, or the sting of rejection.

  • In this session, we’ll introduce you to the concept of neuroplasticity—the brain’s ability to adapt and change. You’ll learn how to clear mental clutter and replace limiting beliefs with empowering narratives that serve your growth and success.
