How will we coach?

I offer a variety of services including one to one coaching, coaching workshops and retreat experiences. One to one coaching can take place either in person (depending on your location), coaching by telephone, skype, facetime; whatever works best  for you. We can meet at a time to suit you in the environment that is most helpful. Each coaching session lasts up to an hour.

How do we get started?

To start I will offer you a 30 minute complimentary session so you can experience coaching before you commit. This will be done by telephone or skype in most cases. Then I will invite you to choose a package and a payment plan to suit you. It is important that we can work flexibly to suit your needs. I recommend at least 4 coaching sessions to achieve results.

Can we speak prior to commencing Coaching?

It is my policy to offer you a brief complimentary session before we begin working together lasting up to 30 minutes. This way you get to experience a taste of what coaching can offer and check that we are a good match.

How many sessions will I need?

Client’s often negotiate coaching for 4-6 sessions at a time. I would recommend weekly sessions to get things started and make an impact. The optimum I would recommend would be 10-12 sessions. I am happy for us to work together for as long or short a time frame as is useful to you. I love that coaching enables clients to develop the tools to move things forward after our work is done.

What are your payment conditions?
Once we have agreed to begin working together, we can negotiate a payment plan to suit you, then we can get started.
I will send you an invoice and payment can be made through direct payment to my account or through PayPal.
I can also offer gift vouchers.
